 Stephanie Home is
a ministry licensed 6 bed respite home for youth aged 6-21 with
behavioural and emotional challenges with developmental disabilities.
Located in a Guelph neighbourhood, Stephanie Home provides residential
respite care 24-7 to families in Wellington County.
Stephanie Home provides the following supports:
- Residential respite for periods ranging from 1 day to 1
month
- Respite support for children and their support worker
- 1:3 - 1:1 Staff to child ratios as needed
- Access to specialized behavioural supports through Trellis
- Nurturing and supportive living environment adapted to
individual needs
The staff at Stephanie Home are experienced and trained individuals
familiar with crisis intervention, they consist of:
- Program Manager
- Developmental and Personal Support Workers (including awake
overnight staff)
